SEBASTIAN, Albert

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Albert Sebastian (81) who passed on July 1, 2017 following an extended illness.  Albert was born in Dayton, Ohio in 1935 and lived in the area his whole life.  He was a hardworking man who spent his career in the sheet metal trade.  Always willing to help others, he was actively involved in the Brookville VFW. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, golf, horses, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeye and Cleveland Browns fan.  He is preceded in death by his wife Jane, daughters Vicky Lynn and Cheryl Jean, his parents, and his brother Ed. He is survived by his sons Doug Sebastian (Cheryl) and Steve Sebastian (Julie), 4 brothers, two sisters, 11 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.  A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on August 12, 2017 at Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday the 12th from 12 PM until service time. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Hospice of Dayton or the Brookville VFW.
