LONGMAN, Chester J. “Chet”

Age 85, of Brookville, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton, following a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease. He was preceded in death by his parents & 3 brothers, he retired from GM and was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. Chet is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara; son, Jeffrey; brothers, Herbert Longman & Kenneth (Cindy) Neal and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday Feb. 17 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, with Pastor Doug Dafoe officiating. Burial will follow in Arlington-Parish Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-6 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
