LOCK, Dale E.

Age 84, of Brookville, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Hospice of Dayton, following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by brothers, Eddie & Larry. He was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War and he retired from GM in the late 80’s. He loved to hunt, fish and ride horses. Dale is survived by his wife of 61 years, Florence; children & spouses, Lynn (John) Ferguson, Bryan (Davina) Lock & Paula (Marc) Haas; 9 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; brothers, John (Sharon) Lock, Dave (Carol) Lock, Willie (Hazel) Lock & Dennis (Karol) Lock; sisters, Doris Lewis, Violet (Austin) Fugate & Phyllis Taylor and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Sat. Feb. 25 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Burial will follow in Sugar Grove Cemetery, West Alexandria. Visitation will be held at the funeral home 5-8 PM Fri. Feb. 24. If desired, the family suggests donations to either Lewisburg United Methodist Church or Hospice of Dayton.
