ROWLETT, Doyle “Ed”

Age 67, of Brookville, passed away unexpectedly on Tue. Nov. 7, 2017 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Flavis & Zittidene Rowlett. He retired from GM, was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Brookville, and was currently employed by AVIS. Ed is survived by his wife of 46 years, Becky; daughters, Melissa Rowlett & Beth Rowlett; grandsons, Elliott, Jacob & Joshua Rowlett; sisters, Karen (Gary) Stewart & Sharon Rowlett and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Mon. Nov. 13 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 25 W. Westbrook Rd. Brookville, with Pastor Todd Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at the church Monday from 10 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either Trinity Lutheran Church or the American Cancer Society.
