ROADS, Georgia

Age 98, of Brookville, passed away March 3, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton following an extended illness. Georgia was born December 19, 1919 to George and Pearl Wilt . She went on to marry Kermit Roads on July 14, 1945. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kermit Roads; sister, Muriel Smith; brother, Junior Wilt; nephew, Byron Smith. Georgia worked at Scioto Ordnance Plant in Marion. She then moved onto working at Monsanto Chemical Research Department in Dayton where she would retire. Georgia is survived by her step-sons, Jim Roads and Ronald Roads; niece, Judy Lamm; many great-nieces & nephews, great-great nieces & nephews, step grandchildren; great-step-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2018, 11AM at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. There will be a one hour visitation from 10-11AM leading into the funeral service. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
