BARNETT, Judy Ann

Age 73, of Brookville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy & Jane Polen. She was a Labor & Delivery nurse at both Miami Valley Hospital & Good Samaritan Hospital for over 30 years. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Brookville, a 1961 graduate of Brookville High School and a 1964 graduate of the Miami Valley Hospital School of Nursing. Judy is survived by her husband of 53 years, Don; children & their spouses, Scott (Joan) Barnett, Dr. Sean (Kelly) Barnett, Jennifer (Jason) Polston; grandchildren, Dalyann, Kyle, Danyail, Cade, Kendall, Quinn & Ella; great-grandson, Gabriel and numerous other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held 4-7 PM Thu. Dec. 8 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral service will be held 2 PM Fri. Dec. 9 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 25 W. Westbrook Rd. Brookville, with Pastor Todd Mills officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to either Trinity Lutheran or Hospice of Dayton.
