Lowell was a wonderful caring man who lived life to the fullest. He loved his wife, family and friends. And of course myrtle beach. My condolences to the family. I know you are in heaven playing golf with Roy, Barbara, and Delmar. Rip kind sir.

My condolences go out to Arlene and all of Lowell's family. He was a man very proud of his service in the US Navy and would speak to me often regarding the Navy due to our common service. I will miss seeing and speaking with Lowell. Thank you for your service. Fair Winds and Following Seas Shipmate! You will be greatly missed!

I am so sorry for you loss. Lowell was a super guy. He never new a stranger. He did so much for the Brookville community and for the schools. He will be greatly missed.
