WAMPLER, Dorothy H.
Age 81, of Brookville, formerly of Englewood, passed away Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Trissel, Sr. & Adda (Riley) Trissel and by a brother, Kenneth Trissel, Jr. She taught first grade at Union Elementary School for 25 years, retiring in 1989 and she was a long time member of The Englewood Grand Squares. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Kenneth; son & grandson, Don & Shawn Wampler, both of Sarasota, FL; sister, Jean (Paul) Cook, Vandalia; niece, Becky Walker; nephews, Ken & David Trissel, Mark, John & Tom Cook. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tue. March 9 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, with Pastor Phil Marxson officiating. Interment in Arlington Cemetery.
