FRUEH, Carl David

Age 60, of New Lebanon, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital following a brief and unexpected illness. Carl is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Ruth Frueh, and his in-laws, Ethel and Charles Ward.

Carl was known as a very kind-hearted, honest, and caring man. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. Carl was a devoted servant of Christ and loved serving others during his life. Those close to Carl knew he was always a handyman and could fix anything. Carl will be missed dearly by his family and friends.

Carl is survived by his wife of 39 years, Patty Frueh; children, David (Elizabeth) Frueh, April (Nicholas) Horn, Sharon (James) Isbell; grandchildren, Rebecca Horn, Penny Calhoun, Parker Calhoun, Caleb Isbell, Luke Isbell, Adriana Thompson; siblings, Don Frueh, Fred Frueh, Mirla Conklin, JoEllen Quick, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 12, 2018, 12PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1500 Shiloh Springs Rd., Trotwood, OH. A Visitation will be held the same day from 10AM-12PM leading into the funeral services. Burial will follow at Royal Oak Memorial Garden in Brookville.
