BENNETT, Catherine

Age 61, of Brookville, passed away suddenly on February 6, 2018. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lynda Wombold. Cathy retired from the Vandalia branch of the U.S.P.S. She was a loving and caring mother and sister who never met a stranger. Survived by her children, Benjamin (Jennifer) Bennett and Michael Bennett; grandchildren, Cody, Kamryn, Carter, Grace, and Wiley Bennett; brothers, James “Scott” (Tammy) Wombold and Randy (Misti) Wombold; father, James “Skip” Wombold and nieces and nephews, Accalia, Andrew “Nick”, Andrew, and Chelsea Wombold. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am, Monday, February 12 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Burial to follow at Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-5 pm Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to help the family with funeral expenses.
