PUTERBAUGH, Helen (Shafer)

Age 95, of Brookville, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her husband Lowell & by a brother, Robert Shafer. She was a Past President of Brookville VFW Post #3288 Auxiliary and she was an active 4-H advisor for over 30 years. Helen is survived by her son, John; grandchildren, Amie, Andrew & Justin Puterbaugh; great-grandchildren, Olivia Shedd, Miles Egnor, Daniel Egnor & Emma Puterbaugh and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wed. Oct. 3  at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, with burial to follow in Bear Creek Cemetery, Trotwood.
