Age 36, of Fairborn, formerly of Martinsburg, WV, passed away Monday, June 12, 2017 at the Brookhaven Nursing Home in Brookville, following an extended illness. He is survived by his mother, Mary Clark; sister, Chrystal Clark; his loving companion, Trisha Adams; niece, Lexus Saville & nephew, Michael Angel. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 19 from 12:30 to 1:30 at the Brown Funeral Home in Martinsburg. Services will follow the viewing at 1:30 PM Monday.
