Age 75, of Brookville, formerly of Lewisburg, passed away Monday, August 6, 2018 at Brookhaven, following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin & Alice McKown, 2 brothers, Richard McKown & Gale McKown & a sister. Barbara Studebaker. Shirley is survived by children, Twila Hunter (Mitch), Bev Robbins (Randy), Sherry Kneisley & Brian Whitt (Kim); 5 grandchildren, Shannon, Jordan, Randi, Derrick & Faith; 2 great-grandchildren, Emma & Liam; 2 sisters, Sandy Foor & Sharon Sheley & 2 brothers, Bill McKown & Terry McKown, along with numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held 8 PM Thu. August 9 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
