CARNES, Thomas E. “Tom”

Age 91, of Phillipsburg, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2018 at Hospice of Dayton, following an extended illness. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Ilo Lou Carnes; daughters, Karla Fannin & Kyna Stemple; granddaughter, Nikki Stemple (Matt Ulrich); great-granddaughter, Jacqueline Stemple; sister-in-law, Sally Carnes and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 12 PM Sat. Nov. 24 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, with burial to follow in Bethel Cemetery near Phillipsburg. Visitation will be held Saturday from 10 AM until service time.
