BRUNK, Vera

Age 99, of Brookville, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 following an extended illness. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Blair Brunk; son-in-law, Joe Miller; siblings, Ned Brown, Mary Sowers, Evelyn Steel, Virginia Reed, Henry Brown, Charles Brown, and Viola Bolin. Vera is survived by her son, Robert (Geneva) Brunk; daughter, Susan Miller; grandchildren, Ann (Allyn) Yukawa & Jeff Miller; great-grandchildren, Angela (Michael) Johnson, Heather (Ryan) O’Grady, Jason Yukawa, Alyson (Jesse) Walker; great-great-grandchildren; Madison Johnson, Ava Johnson, Emma O’Grady, Finnegan O’Grady; siblings, Helen Wogoman, Edna Sowers, Dale Brown, and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by pastor John Monroe, will be Friday, October 27th, 10 am at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Visitation will be held Thursday, October 26th, from 4-7 pm also at Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton or Pyrmont Church in Vera’s name.
