Age 42, of Brookville, passed away at the Upper Valley Medical Center in Troy on Thursday, December 30, 2021, following a brief illness. He is survived by his mother, Debbie Smith; by his significant other, Lindsey Brooks & by 4 children, Katlynn, Paiton, Gabriel & Weston. A celebration of Bradly’s life will be held at a later date.
