LANDIS, Carole M.

Age 90, of Brookville, passed away following an extended illness on March 17, 2024. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Darell Landis and daughter-in-law, Sylvia Landis. Carole graduated from Dixie High School in 1951 and was married to Darell the same year. She retired from Miami Valley Hospital in 1986. Carole enjoyed family time, playing cards, watching movies and she loved her Lord. She is survived by her children, Deborah (Spencer) Williams, Cincinnati, OH, Mike Landis, Brookville, OH and Randy (MaryLou) Landis, Punta Gorda, FL; grandchildren, April (Micheal) Evans, Dawn (Samuel) Benedict, Danny (Susan) Landis, Christy (Ryan) Nevling, Jodi (Jason) Jacobs, Angela (Marcus) Hill, and Brad (Ashlee) Landis; a multitude of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 20 at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with interment to follow in Royal Oak Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hospice of Dayton 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
