FILBRUN, DARLENE

Age 90, of Lewisburg, OH, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 29, 2024, at Hospice of Dayton in Dayton. Darlene is preceded in death by her late husband, Richard “Dick” Filbrun; her parents, Charles and Nina (Duke) McAdams; a daughter, Denise Koeber; brothers, Jim McAdams and Dennis McAdams. Darlene graduated from Phillipsburg High School. She enjoyed sewing, knitting and painting. She was a very crafty lady. Darlene is survived by her son, Steven Filbrun (Lisa); her grandchildren, Don (Maggie), Ashley (Tim), Lindsey (Jackson), Brittney (Chris) and Courtney (Zach); her great-grandchildren, Austin, Michael, Beau, Parker, Lexi, Bailey, Ava, Lilah, Gavin and Skylar; brothers, Alan Dean McAdams and Paul McAdams (Sue); and many other relatives, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 10 – 11:00 a.m. on April 4, 2024, at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, OH 45309 with a funeral service to follow at 11:00.
