MAYO, Dennis W.

Age 67, of Phillipsburg, passed away on August 29, 2024. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ralph Jr. and Betty Mayo and his sister, Diana Mayo. Dennis was born in Darke county and graduated from Ansonia High School. He worked at Spartech, Green Tokai, and F&P of America. Dennis is survived by his wife of 15 years, Tracy Mayo; son, Clinton Mayo; step-children, Jansen and Jillian Clack, Jerrod and Lauren Clack, and Mindy (Jason) Cockerham; seven grandchildren, Evelyn, Chance, Jansen, Edyn, Ellyson, Caitlin, and Braden; siblings, Deborah (John) Kremer, Ralph (Anita Riegelsperger) Mayo, Denise (Rick) Lee, Timothy Mayo, and Teresa (Scott) Amspaugh Douglas (Darlene) Mayo; all of his fur babies. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 7th from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will follow the visitation at the funeral home.
