9/9/1929 to 9/7/2025, 93 years old from Brookville, Ohio.  He passed away at Greenbrier Nursing Home in Eaton, Ohio.  He was a full-time farmer and worked at Frigidaire.  He was on the Montgomery County Agricultural Society.  He was a Clay Township Trustee and a member of the Ohio Pork Council.  He attended Verona Global Methodist Church.  He was passionate about 4-H and enjoyed watching 4-H members show their animals at the Montgomery County Fair.  He also enjoyed going to watch the Ohio State Buckeyes play football whether they were playing at the Ohio Stadium or at a Championship Bowl Game.

He is survived by his daughters Nancy Curtis (Herb) of Yorktown, IN and Anna Hensley from Dublin, OH, his brothers Norman and Glen Aukerman and his sister Rosemarie Gunsalus.  His grandsons Jacob and Ryan Curtis of Yorktown, IN.  His granddaughters Lilly and Stella Hensley of Dublin, OH and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Dora Aukerman, his wife Norma Aukerman, his brothers Emerson, Jerry, Malcolm, and Marvin Aukerman, his sisters Marilyn French, Dorothy Kiracofe, and his grandson James Tyler Curtis. 

Visitation will be from 11:30am to 1:30pm at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD, BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. Friday at the funeral home with burial to follow in Arlington Cemetery.
