JACKSON, Estel W.

Age 65, of Lewisburg, passed away unexpectedly at Hospice of Dayton on May 26, 2026. Estel was preceded in death by his father, Richard Jackson; sister, Tammy Howett; nephews, Timothy Jackson and Josh Jackson. Estel was truly the life of the party, known by everyone for his sharp wit, great sense of humor, and gift for storytelling. He had a deep passion for speed, spending countless hours following NASCAR, watching any kind of racing he could find, and admiring classic muscle cars. When he wasn’t tracking a race, he loved spending time outdoors as a dedicated member of the Trail Rider Gun Club. His laughter filled every room he entered, and the unforgettable stories he shared will be cherished forever by his family and friends. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Jackson; children, Jenna (Matt) Skidmore, Ashley (Tyler) Littleton, Tyler (Taylor) Jackson, and Gavin Robbins; siblings, Larry Jackson, John (Kim) Jackson, Rebecca (Dwight) Smith; nine grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME. Funeral services, officiated by Rollie Rench will follow at 4:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton.
