Fay (Rose) Burkhart

Born Fay Rose on January 2, 1935 in Harland, KY passed away at the age of 91 on February 17, 2026 in New Lebanon, OH. Her long and remarkable life was marked by resilience, independence and a steadfast spirit that carried her through challenging times. She is survived by her children, Barb (Steve) Brock, Bobbie (Bill) Miller, Dovie (Duane) Todd, and Fred Burkhart Jr.; brother, Arnold (Sandra) Rose, numerous grand, great, and great great grandchildren along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Fay was predeceased by her husband, Fred Burkhart; mother, Dovie Rose; father, John Rose, also her three sisters, and daughter, Brenda Higgins. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25th at Arlington Cemetery, Brookville. Arrangements are in the care of GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE.
