Clark, Gale W.
9/5/1943 - 8/1/2023
Soon to be 80, his life was cut short, leaving behind a legacy that will be cherished by his family and friends for years to come. Gale graduated from Dixie High School in 1965 and began working alongside his father at Becker Motors for 25 years. He was a faithful member of the Antioch UMC for most of his life and he loved his church family. Recently, he struggled with several health concerns that he was determined he would overcome. He overcame many obstacles in his life, and he lived by this bible verse, "be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as Christ forgave you" Ephesians 4:32. Gale was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth (Olinger) Clark, father, Gordon Y. Clark and older brother, Freddie. Gale is survived by brothers, Charles and Stanley; sister, Mary E. Matteucci (John); nephews Jeremy and David; grand-niece, Lisa Clark and grand-nephew Isaiah. "For grace that taught my heart to fear, and grace, my fear relieved", John Newton. Family appreciates hearing any memories or stories that they would like to share. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Antioch UMC or Hospice of Dayton.
