MENDENHALL, Harold E. Jr.

Age 76, of Brookville, and lovingly known as Mendy, Dad, and Papaw, passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Helen Mendenhall; brother, Neil Mendenhall. Harold was well known and loved around town. He enjoyed working at McMakens and making deliveries to customers. He loved working on jigsaw puzzles and cars, and earned the nickname Macgyver for his ability to fix anything. He is survived by his wife, Cathy Mendenhall; children, Brian (Lisa) Mendenhall, Darrell (Joan) Mendenhall, and Christine (Matt) Finke; grandchildren, Emily (Brandon) Easton, Garrett Mendenhall, Cameron, Olivia, and Truett Finke; great-granddaughter, Amelia Easton; sisters, Nancy (Donald) Rhoades of NY and Bonnie (Leroy) Dufresne of AZ. DUE TO THE SNOW STORM Funeral services have been moved to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 7, at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT ROAD, BROOKVILLE. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Monday, at the funeral home.
