Age 86, of Eaton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Dayton, Ohio, on February 11, 1939, Helen was the daughter of the late Reuben J. and Cledythe (Lutz) Good. She graduated Madison High School class of 1957, where she proudly danced with Trotwood Madison Rockettes and was a member of the Madison Minstrels & Tri Hi Y. Helen began her career as a secretary at United Aircraft Products, where she met her future husband, David Martin Fisher. The two were married on February 10, 1961, and shared 32 wonderful years of marriage before David’s passing on May 24, 1993. Helen was a devoted mother to her daughters, Jeannie and Joannie. She found immense joy in her grandchildren - Milan, Michael, and David and her great-grandchildren, Genevieve and Jaxon. Later in life, Helen enjoyed her home on Lake Lakengren, where she shared a special companionship with her partner, Dan Cavin, and their beloved dachshund, Punkin. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, entertaining, and boat rides. A spirited member of her community, Helen was active in various committees and fundraisers at the Lake. Her and Dan enjoyed playing dominoes and cards with friends, as well as attending performances at the Brookville Community Theater. Helen will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., with a service beginning at 12:00 p.m., at Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home in Brookville, Ohio. Burial will immediately follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Brookville.
