Age 96, of Phillipsburg, passed away on August 5, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Carnes; three brothers, one sister, and her parents. Ilo is survived by daughters, Karla Fannin & Kyna Stemple; granddaughter, Nikki Stemple (Matt Ulrich); great-granddaughter, Jacqueline (Nathan) Neitman; great-great grandson, Malakai Neitman; sister-in-law, Sally Carnes. Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 12 at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home followed by interment in Bethel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Make a Wish Foundation.
