Age 68, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 22, 2025, while visiting family in Fredericksburg, Virginia. She was born on September 28, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio.

Jackey passed surrounded by love in the home of her son with his family by her side, including Christopher, his wife Menisa, and their three children. She was visiting for the holidays and was in a place of comfort and care.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Littleton and Virginia Childers Littleton Klontz, and by her beloved husband, George Ream, who passed on April 20, 2022.

Jackey is survived by her children: David Buerk, Jennifer Harris (Tom), and Christopher Ream (Menisa).  She was a cherished grandmother to Cody, Cameron, Ashlyn (Cassady), and Isabella, and a proud great-grandmother to Kennedy.

She is also survived by her siblings, Melissa Sallee, Todd A. Littleton (Tonya), and Lori Stargel.

Jackey struggled with illness throughout much of her adult life, but despite her challenges, she was known for her deep love for her family. Her children were her greatest source of pride, and her devotion to them never wavered.

Earlier in life, Jackey worked as a Respiratory Therapist, and served as an EMT with the West Alexandria Emergency Squad. These roles reflected her compassionate nature and her desire to help and care for others.

A visitation will be held on January 10, 2026, at from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Gilbert-Fellers Funeral Home in Brookville, Ohio. Memorial services to follow at 6:00 p.m.
