FINLEY, James “Jim”

Age 76, of Brookville, passed away at home following a sudden illness on Saturday, May 14, 2022.

Jim was a 32nd degree Mason with Scottish Rites, belonging to the Brookville Masonic Lodge #596. Jim enjoyed racing and loved his family. He will be deeply missed by the friends and family he leaves behind.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles & Faye Finley, and a great-granddaughter, Athena.

Jim is survived by his wife of 29 years, Reba Hutchings; children, Shawna (Jason) Abbott, Crista (Kevin) Hutton, Stephen Finley, Kevin (Jeanette) Hutchings; grandchildren, Cassey (Robert) Hutton, Dylan (Haley) Hutton, Brennan Abbott, Hayden Abbott; great-granddaughter, Naomi Hutton; siblings, David (Joann) Finley, Anna (Charles) Williams; Michael (Vivian) Finley; close friends, Chad Pool, Brad Little, and numerous other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, July 11 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Brookville.
