MORGAN, Kenneth D.

Age 83, of Brookville, passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his family, following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pauline & Dewey Morgan Sr., by brothers, Dewey Jr., Porter, Donald & James and by sisters, Anita, Wanda & Betty. He was born in Oklahoma and moved to Dayton, OH in 1954 and then to Brookville in 1972. He sold cars for Renault of Dayton and was part-owner of Toyota Plaza North in Dayton. Ken enjoyed telling stories, playing cards & horseback riding. He was a “True” Cowboy. He was a life-long fan of the Cincinnati Reds. Ken is survived by his wife of 14 years, Jean; son, Dale (Kay) Morgan; daughter, Michelle (Allen) Thrush; grandchildren, Alicia & Luke (Miranda) Morgan, Corey Thrush; great-grandchildren, Jared & Ella, and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Mon. Oct. 8 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Visitation 5-7 Sunday.
