Age 65, of Dayton, passed away on Friday, August 18, 2023. Mark was an Eagle Scout from Troop 135 in Vandalia. He graduated from Vandalia Butler in 1975 and went to on the University of Cincinnati to achieve his associates degree. After school he joined the Navy and served his country for 10 years. He is survived by his parents, Ward & Marina Johnson; brothers, Craig (Hope), and Grant (Cathy); aunt, Marian Spring; Uncle, Jon (Doris) Kangas; cousins, Jeriann Day, Larina Grace, and Tim Spring; nieces and nephews, Aaron, Abigail, Alan, Lydia, and Paul. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 23 at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
