HAWORTH, Mary Brandon-Brown

Age 91, of Brookville, passed away on October 25, 2020 at home. Born in Dayton and was a member of the Northridge High School Class of 1947. Preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Merlin “Mike” Haworth, sons, George E. (Melinda) Brown and Richard E. Brown; daughter, Deborah L. (Frank) Brown-Weaver. Mary was employed as a medical assistant to Dr. Vinton C. Young in Brookville and later Dr. M.J. Freeman in Dayton for 23 years. She was active in politics for the Democratic party and served as the precinct Committee Woman. Survived by her son, John Brown and step-sons, Ron and Bob (Deana) Haworth. Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
