HEITKAMP, Mindy E.
Age 45, of Union, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton, following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by several grandparents & by her father-in-law, Terry Heitkamp Sr. & brother-in-law, Terry Heitkamp, Jr. Mindy was an elementary school teacher for both Northmont City Schools and Salem Christian Academy. She attended Salem Church of God, and she also worked part-time for the Kleptz YMCA & Scene 75. Mindy is survived by her husband of 8 years, Travis Heitkamp; daughter, Harper Heitkamp; parents, Bill & Becky Marker; brother, Jim (Carol) Marker; brother-in-law, Tracy Heitkamp; sisters-in-law, Leah (Aaron) Colter & Kelly Heitkamp; maternal grandmother, Joan Jones; mother-in-law, Barbara Heitkamp; 10 nieces; 5 nephews and numerous other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held 4-8 pm Friday, Dec. 9 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT ROAD, BROOKVILLE. Memorial Service will be held 10am Sat. Dec. 10 at Salem Church of God, 6500 Southway Rd. Clayton, OH. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Hospice of Dayton. E-mail condolences may be sent by going online to www.gilbert-fellers.com
