Pamela S. Weaver Obituary

Age 76, of Brookville, passed away on December 8, 2023 after an illness.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Ruth Jenkins, her sister Jackie Spence, her brother Greg Jenkins, and her husband of 51 years, Charles Weaver.  Pam was a loving wife and mother who prioritized raising her children.  After her boys were grown, Pam earned a college degree and graduated seminary to begin a second career as a United Methodist Minister before retiring in 2018.  Pam loved spending time with her grandchildren, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeye football team and traveling with her best friend Lisa.  Pam’s love and convictions left a lasting impression on all who knew her.  Survived by her children, Todd (Jodi) Weaver, Andrew (Jessica) Weaver of NY; grandchildren Jacob, Maxwell, and Owen; brother, Tom Jenkins; sister Jodi (Gary) Blacklidge.  There will be a graveside service for family and a memorial celebration of Pam’s life to be held on December 22 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm at Marion’s Piazza, 404 W National Road, Englewood, OH 45322.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Dayton in Pam’s memory.
