BRAUMILLER, Richard Lee

Age 74, of Brookville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 17, 2018, following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. William & Mary Braumiller, by a sister, Sarah Alice Braumiller, by his first wife Ann, second wife, Marjorie and by a step-grandson, Ryan James Hensley. He was a retired teacher, serving 5 years in Brookville then 25 in Miamisburg. He was a devoted member of The Ridge Church in Brookville, 26 yr. member of Brookville Optimist Club, a “Delta Pa” for Kappa XI chapter of Delta Theta Tau Sorority, past member of the Flying Ducks Ultra Light Club, and a “Friend” of the US Air Force Museum. Richard not only loved his Savior, Jesus Christ, but he loved his wife, children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren dearly. Richard is survived by his wife of 10 years, Vicki Mills; step-children, Jeff (Becky) Mills, William (Lisa) Mills, Todd (Rhonda) Mills & Merrilyn (Jeff) Wogoman; 13 step-grandchildren Kevin (Crystal) Mills, Jarret Mills, Christopher Mills, Nicholas Mills, Hayley (David) Steck, Anna Mills, Michael Hensley, Brandon Wogoman, Mariah Mills, Alex Mills, Dylan Hensley, Hope Hensley and Faith Mills; 7 step-great-grandchildren, Patience, Autumn, Noah, Connie, Alyssa, Brady & Beau; 2 brothers, Charles Braumiller and Jesse (Bobbie) Braumiller, along with numerous special friends. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Fri. June 22 at The Ridge Church, 7555 Brookville-Phillipsburg Rd., Brookville, with Pastor Rollie Rench & Pastor Todd Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, 5-8 PM Thu. June 21.
