Pastor Richard DONOVAN,
Age 87, of Englewood, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 27, 2022 following a brief illness.
Richard spent his life dedicated to the Lord and his family. He has served many churches over the years (most recently the First Baptist Church of Brookville). Richard would like everyone to know that it is okay to grieve for him, but also rejoice that he is now in his eternal home. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, friend, and spiritual leader.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Maxine Donovan; parents, Paul Donovan & Fay Heckman, and his in-laws Mr. & Mrs. Wille Fisher.
Pastor Richard is survived by his children, Kathy Donovan, Timothy (Sherrie) Donovan, Jayne (Duane) Rudd; grandchildren, Richard (Melinda) Rudd, Timothy "Rock" (Angela) Rudd, Emma (Nick) Overman, Sara (Wade) Collins; great-grandchildren, William (Kirah) Rudd, Lauren Rudd, Madelyn Rudd, Nathaniel Rudd, Charlotte Collins; countless brothers and sisters in Christ, and numerous other relatives and friends.
A private burial will take place for Richard at the convenience of the family.
