Ruth Waugh Obituary

WAUGH, Ruth A.

Age 88, formerly of Richmond, IN, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024 at Springhill Singing Woods Nursing Home in Dayton. She was a school teacher and principal for the Congressional Schools of Virginia from 1973 – 2000. She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband David Waugh. She is survived by her children, Doug, Greg & Leigh Waugh; 5 grandchildren; numerous step-grandchildren and great-step-grandchildren. At Ruth’s request there will be no services. If desired, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton. Arrangements are entrusted to GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE.
