DICKEY, Scott E.

Age 59, of Lakengren, formerly of Brookville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 2, 2020 following a sudden illness.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Dickey & by his in-laws, Carol & Donald Dennull.

He was a 1979 graduate of Twin Valley North High School and he was employed for 30 years at Reichard Chevrolet, formerly Boose Chevrolet. At his passing he had advanced to the position of Shop Foreman. He really loved spending time with his 6 grandkids. He loved fishing and any outdoor activities. He was a big fan of Garden Tractor Pulls, and was the driving force behind the Family Addictions Pulling Team. IH tractors were his favorite.

Scott is survived by his wife of 28 years, Crystal, “Chris” Dickey; mother, Willa Dickey; daughters, Brandie Davis, Heather (Tony) Zirkle & Cara (Chris) Buriff; grandkids, Madison Davis, Michael Davis, II, Grayson Zirkle, Marissa Davis, Chase Zirkle & Andrew Buriff; sister, Kim Dohner and numerous other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Fri. Aug. 7 at the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT ROAD, BROOKVILLE, with Pastor Gerry Sadai officiating. Burial will follow in Royal Oak Memorial Gardens. A WALK-THRU visitation will be held 5-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home. IMPORTANT: Masks are required for all guests attending.
