MATTIS, Steven D.

Age 66, of Brookville, passed away on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton following a brief illness. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Mattis. He loved his family, music and playing the guitar. Steve is survived by children, Steven Mattis & Amber Mattis; mother, Jerrilieu “Judy” Mattis; grandson, Carson Mattis; siblings, Wilma “Jean” Pompili & Dave Mattis and numerous other relatives and friends. In keeping with Steve’s wishes, a very CASUAL Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2021 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm at 6071 Shields Rd., Lewisburg, OH 45338. If desired, donations may be made to assist the family with final expenses OR to the National Kidney Foundation, 615 Elsinore Pl Ste 210, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
