LAWSON, Theresa M.

Age 85, of Brookville, passed away at home following an extended illness on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Lawson in 2007, by a daughter-in-law, Lori Lawson, by her parents, John & Philomena Fennell & by 2 sisters & 3 brothers. Theresa was very passionate about her Catholic heritage. She gave religious instruction to children at her parish for many years, and she was an excellent cook. She is survived by her children, John Lawson, Tim Lawson & Catherine Lawson and by a large extended family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 27 at 10:30am at the Church of the Transfiguration in West Milton, with Fr. Steve Shoup, celebrant. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in New York State at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE.
