Vernon Brown

Age 52, of Brookville, passed away August 23, 2025. Vernon was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Joyce Brown, and his brother, Charles Brown Jr. He loved to watch the Michigan Wolverines and the Las Vegas Raiders. He also enjoyed summers taking his daughters to softball tournaments and playing golf. Aside from attending sporting events, Vernon loved to hangout with his family and play with their dog Jellybean. He is survived by his daughters, Jessica (fiancé Hayden Perkins) Brown, Chelsea Brown, and Lillian Brown; sisters, Annie (Scott) Sizemore and Heidi (Chris) Collins. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29th at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with interment to follow in Arlington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to SICSA 8172 Washington Church Rd, Dayton, OH 45458.
