Age 71, of Brookville, passed away suddenly on Saturday, September 16, 2023 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton following a long battle with cancer. She was preceded in death by her husband, Daryl Neff, parents, Donald & Shirley Snider & by siblings, Cindy, Timmy & Danny Snider and Brenda Vicory. She retired from US Bank. Vickie is survived by a son, James (Jody) Neff; grandsons, Brandon & Ryan Kraft and Caleb Neff; siblings, Reggi McGhee, Don Snider & Cathy Tutor and numerous other relatives and friends. A Funeral service will be held 7pm Thu. Sept. 21 at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME, 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE, OH 45309. Viewing will begin at 5 pm on Thursday leading into the service.
