HIX, Violet B.

Age 98, of Brookville, passed away Monday June 22, 2020 at Englewood Health & Rehab following an extended illness. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter O. Hix, by her parents, Charles Pultz & Leona (McBee) Pultz-Weaver, brothers, Franklin Pultz & Ronnie Pultz & sister, Dorothy Pultz. She was a former member of Arlington United Methodist Church, she loved to cook, bake, read and spend time with her family. Violet is survived by 3 daughters, Joyce Embs, Nanette Hix & Jerolyn Hix & spouse Carolyn Bolin; 3 grandchildren, Todd Embs, David Embs & Kimberly Petty; 4 great-grandchildren & 4 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Daniel & Roger Pultz and numerous other relatives and friends. At the request of the family, a private graveside service will be held in Arlington Cemetery, Brookville.
