Age 83, of Arcanum, passed away following an extended illness on March 4, 2026. Ginny was preceded in death by her great-nephew, Floyd Hensley Jr; brother, Alfred (Sharron) Ryan; brother-in-law, Kenneth Petering. Ginny was a spirited and creative soul who found her greatest joy in being near the people and music she loved. Her habit of "stowing away" in the van is a touching testament to her desire for connection and her adventurous nature. She is survived by her niece who she always saw as a daughter, Pam (Terry McMillan) Ryan; sister, Barbara Petering; nieces and nephews, Kenneth Eugene II, Johnnie Dean Petering, and Angela Jean Hacker; great-nieces and nephew, Tiffany Hensley, Shannon Hensley, and Ayden McMillan. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, at GILBERT-FELLERS FUNERAL HOME 950 ALBERT RD., BROOKVILLE. Interment services to follow in Bethel Cemetery, Phillipsburg.
