Wilbur J Riggs

RIGGS, Wilbur J.

Age 97, of Brookville, originally from Nelsonville, OH passed away on Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton following a brief illness. He was a US Army Air Corps veteran of WWII serving in the South Pacific.  He was preceded in death by his father Luster B.H. Riggs, stepfather Theodore Lightfoot and mother Roxie (Williams) (Riggs) Lightfoot. His wife Janis and first wife Mildred Louise (Mowery) (Reynolds) Riggs, mother of their children. Wilbur is survived by daughters Tanya Kaye (Reynolds) Allen, son-in-law Jerry Allen, Debra Lee (Riggs) (Bell) Cave, son-in-law Burton Cave, Nedra Louise  (Riggs) Buck and sons  Joseph Mark Riggs,  John David Riggs, daughter-in-law Kimberly Kay (Parkis) Riggs, 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and dear friend Thelma Girton.
