I remember Homer on Sunday mornings telling me stories of the grandsons or how his garden was going. Then when Kentucky made it to playoff that was a major topic of discussion. He always wore a smile and extended a handshake on Sundays. If he knew I was sick or my husband was Sick he showed concern for how we were. He will be greatly missed as he was a strong pillar of TLC.
Keep remembering those memories as they help you through each day. I know they both are now watching down over the family. So sorry for your loss.
